Winners will be notified by e-mail (or by phone if required) so please provide your name, company name, e-mail address, and phone number below. Two winners will be drawn from the registrants and both will receive Kiplinger's Paper Tiger software - a $100.00 US value.

- Participation in this giveaway is voluntary. Your participation acknowledges that you have read and agree completely to these Terms and Conditions. Your participation in this giveaway assumes your acknowledgment of local, state, and federal laws governing such participation. Please void where prohibited.

If we are unable to contact you, another winner will be randomly drawn and notified. Each winner will receive a copy of Kiplinger's Paper Tiger software (marketed by The Kiplinger Washington Editors, Inc.).
- According to the papertiger.com website, the Paper Tiger system requirements are: Intel Pentium or equivalent, Windows 95/98/ME or Windows NT/2000 SP2/XP, 64 MB of ram, 30 MB hard drive space for installation files, VGA or Higher monitor, CD-ROM, Sound Card and Speakers (required to hear tutorial).
- Winners who choose to install and use the Paper Tiger software are governed by Kiplinger's terms and conditions. Use of the Paper Tiger software is at your own risk.
- The Gulas Group, Inc. will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by participation in this offer or use of the Paper Tiger software.
