Instructions for filling out the QBQ Quick Quiz.

First read the key concept listed in red for each of the 19 areas the QBQ process enhances.
Then read each statement or question next to the key descriptor in red. Upon reading each statement you decide which of the four following descriptions best applies to your current situation most of the time. Do not answer how you think you should answer but how you are actually performing most of time. Then fill in the blank with that word and mark that word on your radio button to obtain your score.
