This program is designed for those Microsoft Outlook users's who feel they know most of the features but not the real value of the software. The users are still challenged by the "time starved workplace". For them a 90 minute presentation coupled with their advanced use of OutlookR will provide them the guidance needed to go beyond the inbox and basic scheduling functions. This will allow users the opportunity to tie together the more complete aspects of the software. This presentation formatted program will integrate the essential linear features of Microsoft Outlook R into a more integrated program that flows seamlessly from folder to folder.

This presentation program does not provide as much process work, interaction, practice and coaching as the Working Smart with Outlook Program. Provided you are challenged by these typical time starved issues such as being overwhelmed by E-mailusing your Inbox as a "to-do" list, short on time, and forgetting to follow-up on important tasks this program will benefit you and the team.You will receive a downloadable work book to use during and after the program.
