Still Not Sure If You Qualify For QBQ Development?

Find Out For Your Self Take This Assessment and Discover If You Are Your Organization Is Way Below Average or Perhaps You Have Mastered These Critical Accountability Skill Sets?

Discover how and why the Question behind the Question facilitation workshop can be used as a foundational process to Eliminate Blame, Complaining and Procrastination. For over 15 years the Gulas Group has worked with hundreds of companies and thousands of individuals guiding them to their goals in the areas of performance, sales, customer service, team building and project planning. One fundamental principal applies to all the successful interventions. That principal is OAR's (Ownership, Accountability and Responsibility). If you don't have your OARS in the water you're not going to where you want to go. In other words until the participants in any training program begin to own their performance they will never create enough accountability and responsibility to master any new process. The great thing about QBQ PROCESS is it builds the OAR's necessary to master new initiatives. And you have three choices to involve yourself in this proven process

WARNING! Do not invest in any training system or program that does not meet the following criteria:
Effective training is a P.R.O.C.E.S.S. not an event...Practical Content - material that explores principles, methods and purposes.Repetition - the foundation of all learning.Ownership - by management and staff inside your organization.Consistent Message - each time presented.Easily Customized - content connected to the problems facing the organization and individual.Support Tools - user-friendly resources for the participants and facilitator.Specific Plan - for implementation and follow-up.

Option I:
Do a pilot program that the Gulas Group will facilitate. You need a minimum of 10 participants to attend. This workshop can be broken into two four hour sessions or one full day session. The fee for this pilot program is $250.00 per person. The sponsoring company will provide the facilities and a decision to expand the program will be made at the end of the session via a formal evaluation based on expectations being meet.

Price $250/person enter number of individuals attending

Option II:
You may purchase a train the trainer kit for $2,500 which includes the facilitator's kit and the spending of one full day with up to 8 facilitators instructing them on how to effectively facilitate the QBQ workshop. Each additional facilitator's kit can be purchased for $75.00. If each facilitator needs the videos that fee is $500 per facilitator. Most companies acquire only one set of videos.

Option III: The third option is to purchase the Facilitators Kit with video and any additional Facilitator Kits. Schedule in time for self- study, learn and train on the program from the information provided in the Facilitator's Guide which is quite extensive. The instructions in the Facilitators Guide are very good and any company should not hesitate in exploring this approach. The Gulas Group is available for questions and coaching via the phone and internet if you choose this option. That investment is $650.00 for the Facilitator Kit with video and $75.00 for each additional Facilitator's Kit without video. The Participant's Kits are priced the same as in option II. A note about the Facilitator Kit is that you will be licensed for a one year term which is renewable each year. Contents: A Facilitator Guide (96 pages) providing practical ideas for tailoring QBQ! and making it real, plus four instructional modules of core content. Average running time of each of these four sessions of material: 27 minutes. Testimonials:

"QBQ! Is a powerful concept and training process that is practical and easy when confronted with the challenges we all face in our broad and diverse role. QBQ is making a difference for us that is truly lasting and valued. Thank You!"
J.R. Vice President Blockbuster

"Jim, I wanted to write to you to let you know what kind of impact QBQ! has had on our organization. I have had the opportunity to facilitate the QBQ! course to over 100 employees thus far and have received nothing but positive feedback and praise at the end of each class. Some of the participants have stated to me that this is the best course they have ever attended, others have passed what they have learned on to others. I now have people asking me to place them in one of my classes.
I also would like to say that QBQ! has been very helpful to me in my own life. I look forward to continuing to spread the message of personal accountability throughout our entire organization."
G. B., Safety Manager

We have a very flat organization and are growing at 25% per year. We are driving QBQ! training throughout the organization because everyone must practice personal accountability. If someone drops a ball and it does not belong to you someone else should pick it up - behave more like a basketball team and get the job done.
Company Owner

I've been using QBQ! for a year now and I am a firm believer. It really works. I use "how" and "what" questions with customers for more open discussions to get things resolved. Because our conversations are far more positive, problem solving is easier. I get better reactions.
Sales Manager

QBQ! has given me a more positive way to approach people that work for me. I'm more sensitive to their needs and changed how I present extra work.
Operation Manager

I'm using QBQ! In preparing my day to day sales calls. Communication with customers and my boss have been shorter and more to the point.
Territory Manager

We created our own obstacles by not taking action, resolving issues and following up. QBQ! helps us to communicate job expectations more clearly.
District Manager

I came back from your QBQ! training session and shared the workbook with my wife - over the past week, that has led to some pretty neat discussions.
Sales Rep

The coke story really hit home. If I see something that needs to be done, I pick it up and get the job done.
Customer Service Rep

QBQ! has made me realize I need to listen more and talk less. In the week since training, listening has helped me reduce customer order errors because I pay attention instead of interrupting and guessing what they need.
Inside Sales Rep

QBQ! helps me at home, as well as work. I've become more patient and I'm spending more time listening to my kids.
Sales Rep

The day after our QBQ! session, all of us in production got together to see what we could do to improve coordination of work.
Production Manager

I dreaded taking time off from the job to come to QBQ! training, but I gained so much that I know that God sent me here.
Office Manager

I'm now using the phone instead of e-mail when information I need is urgent. I am taking action!
Product Manager
